Solar Energy Event with CeeD x Forester Group

November 20, 2023

On 12th October, we collaborated with CeeD (Centre for Engineering, Education and Development) and solar specialists, Forester Group for an educational event all about energy consumption and how businesses can benefit from solar energy, which Utili-Tay hosted at our Carbon Hub at the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc in Dundee!

We discussed key topics around energy consumption and solar power, including why it’s important to understand your energy usage before investing in solar, how long solar panels last and who is solar power most suited towards?

The event was introduced by David Nicholson from CeeD, followed by expert talks and energy sector discussion from Utili-Tay Director, Craig Elder alongside our friends from the Forster Group, independent energy consultant, Chris Roberts and design engineer, Kieran Forster.
